Twenty six years ago, when I first became a janitor cleaning a small office build- ing, I learned early on that if I do a good job I can clean there forever, but if I do a bad job, someone else will be cleaning my building. I still feel the same way today as I am still that same janitor and I will continue to be the same janitor until they put me out to pasture.
